| 2007 New Mexico State Championship Series |
For 2007, Sandia Motorcycle Roadracing and
Arroyo Seco Motorcyclist Association will
combine efforts to make the first ever New Mexico
State Championship. The series will take place at
two rounds at Arroyo Seco Raceway during
ASMA run events and two rounds at Sandia
Motor Speedway during SMRI run events. The
premier class will be Unlimited classes, both
amateur and expert. There will also be
middleweight and lightweight championships. We
are looking into possibly including Roadrace
Southwest and making a big regional wide
championship in 2008. Currently we're looking
for sponsors.
We are still working on details, and expect to be
able to have a full release out in early January.
Schedule:
** New Mexico State Championship event to be
held in concert with an SMRI race weekend.
* New Mexico State Championship event to be
held in concert with an ASMA race weekend.
March 10-11 Arroyo Seco *
July 14-15 Sandia **
August 4-5 Sandia**
September 8-9 Arroyo Seco*
