Ken Murray exits Yucca leaving a nice black mark with his rear tire. This was a millisecond before he
got momentarily spit out of his seat.
Chris Frei had a lonely race after being left by the modern bikes, but showed all in attendance how
fast that little vintage bike can go.
Tibo Few got off to a great start in the Mr. Motorcycle Unlimited Superstock race over Tom Savoca (751) Eric Sotomayer (77) Dave Howell (47) and Kevin Edgington (124)
Eric Sotomayer quickly moved into second place and set out after Few, but was not able to close the gap to the leader. Meanwhile, Shane Profitt was still clean on his warm up lap.....
Kevin Edgington (124) tried to make a move on Dave Howell on lap 1 going into 111R, but Howell held the position. Scott Ladd (14) was learning his new GSXR1000 this weekened.
.....but on the first lap he pushed too hard in the middle ess and lost the front resulting in a broken clip on and a DNF.
Tibo Few and Eric Sotomayer turned equal lap times to gap the field and finish 1-2.
